The PREPARE/ENRICH assessment and consultation process is designed to help couples strengthen the foundation of their relationship through intentional skill-building and guided conversations. By identifying areas of strength as well as opportunities for growth, couples can develop healthier patterns of communication, deepen emotional connection, clarify expectations, and learn practical tools for navigating conflict and life transitions together.

When adult partners learn to communicate with greater understanding, support one another effectively, and work together as a team, it can foster a stronger sense of emotional safety, stability, and connection within the home. Couples frequently leave the process with increased confidence in their relationship, a deeper awareness of one another’s needs, and practical tools they can continue using throughout the different seasons of life and marriage.
