I understand firsthand the challenges that relationships can bring. The most meaningful relationships in my life have taught me to be open, forgiving, and willing to grow. They’ve shown me that building strong, authentic connections takes time and requires nurturing—not just of the relationship itself but also of yourself and the person you’re connected to.

For over 25 years, I have served in supportive roles that reflect my passion for helping others. As a teacher in Christian ministry and a professional with a focus on administration, I’ve had the privilege of making an impact through teaching, training, and development. Discovering and sharing knowledge is a source of great joy for me, and it has fueled my calling to promote wholeness in people’s lives by addressing their psychological and emotional needs.

My own journey with trauma and its lasting effects on relationships has shaped my perspective and deepened my empathy. Through this process, I discovered that I already had the strengths and resources needed to overcome life’s challenges. This realization informs my clinical approach, which is client-centered and designed to create an atmosphere of openness and trust. In this space, clients can experience self-discovery, growth, and healing.

I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Psychology from Capella University. My goal is to extend to my clients the same grace that has guided me through my own healing journey. It is an honor and a privilege to serve you, and I am committed to walking alongside you as you navigate your path toward wholeness and growth.

If you have questions or need more info, I would love to connect with you for a brief phone consultation.
