When Can I Schedule a Session?
WholeHeart Counseling is available by appointment only most weekdays and occasional Saturdays. Hours of operation include a number of late afternoon and evening sessions to accommodate those who work normal business hours. These appointments are offered on a first come, first served basis to those who regularly attend sessions.
How Can I Schedule a Session?
Click the link below to go to the client portal, choose Calendar from the icons along the top, choose a service from the drop down menu, and pick the date and time that works best for you from the presented options. If no sessions display on the current week, tap the green arrow to look at the following week.
What is the Cost of Counseling?
I consider my work a ministry, so I purposely keep my fees reasonable and provide a sliding scale to make counseling available to most. Session fees are $110.00 per 50-minute session, and $165.00 for initial intake and couples/family sessions, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy treatment sessions are $185.
Do You Accept Insurance?
I am not an “in network” provider for any insurance plans. I can, however, accept payment from your HSA or FSA. You can access a ‘superbill’ to submit to your insurance company for out of network benefits on the Billing tab of your client portal.
Types of Payment Accepted?
I accept cash, FSA cards, HSA cards and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
What’s the Reschedule/Cancellation Policy?
You may reschedule or cancel through the client portal up to 24 hours prior to a scheduled session. Please be sure to cancel or reschedule your session at least 24 hours beforehand, otherwise, you will be charged the full rate of the missed session.
