Sessions available on Saturday
Relationships often begin with a deep sense of connection, excitement, and understanding. Over time, however, couples may fall into familiar patterns of communication—some that strengthen their bond and others that create distance. When conversations turn into cycles of misunderstanding or disconnection, it can be frustrating and discouraging. I understand how these struggles can impact a relationship, but I also know that with intentional effort, growth and change are possible.
I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and build stronger, healthier relationships. Using a compassionate, client-centered approach, I integrate Narrative Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support each person’s unique journey. I believe that everyone is the author of their own story and already possesses the strength they need to heal. My role is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
Whether you’re looking to improve communication, work through relationship struggles, or navigate personal growth, I am here to help. With warmth, empathy, and a deep commitment to this work, I strive to foster meaningful change and deeper connection in every session.
