Alexis Linville, PREPARE/ENRICH Consultant
Services available Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in the Chandler office.
One of the most meaningful and foundational relationships in our lives is the covenant we form with our spouse. Marriage often stretches our communication, challenges our ability to remain connected through life’s transitions, and invites us into an ongoing process of relational growth and sanctification. Developing healthy relationship skills can make a significant difference throughout that journey. Healthy marriages are built, not simply found.
For many of us, however, a healthy marriage may not have been modeled in the relationships we observed growing up. We often enter marriage excited to build a life with our partner, believing we are prepared for the inevitable storms of life, only to discover that we may not yet have the tools needed to navigate those waves well. This is where a strong foundational “toolbox” of marital skills becomes invaluable.
My Background and What I Offer
My education includes a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Health Science from Grand Canyon University. I am also a certified PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator.
My heart has always been rooted in helping others, and I am passionate about supporting couples as they strengthen their relationships through practical skill-building and faith-based integration. Through the PREPARE/ENRICH program, I help couples develop and reinforce healthy relational skills in areas such as communication, connection, expectations, conflict resolution, and shared goals.
Whether couples are preparing for marriage or seeking to strengthen an existing relationship, my goal is to help them build lifelong tools that foster resilience, supportive communication, and long-term growth together.
What This Is Not
This service is not therapy. While my educational background is therapeutic, I am not currently practicing as a licensed marriage and family therapist, nor am I accepting clients seeking therapy services.
My work is provided within the scope of the PREPARE/ENRICH program and is designed as a structured relationship enrichment service. The process typically lasts between one and eight meetings, depending on the goals of the couple.
If your relationship is experiencing severe distress—such as ongoing disconnection, betrayal, mistrust, infidelity, or conversations surrounding separation or divorce—this service would not be the most appropriate fit. In those situations, I strongly encourage you to seek support from a licensed couples therapist who can provide the depth of care and clinical treatment those concerns may require.
