The closest and most meaningful relationships in our lives often bring both profound joy and deep distress. They can test our trust but also offer opportunities for connection and healing. As an associate therapist, my goal is to help clients navigate these complex and sometimes painful experiences in a way that fosters growth and renewal. By exploring the patterns and cycles in our relationships—not only with others but also with ourselves—we can gain the insight and clarity needed to move forward and heal.

With over a decade of experience supporting others, I’ve had the privilege of working as an educator for children with special needs and as a social worker in an outpatient clinic. These roles have taught me a fundamental truth: we are all doing our best to navigate life using the roadmaps we’ve developed along the way. Yet, life’s inherent chaos can often overwhelm us, leaving us as our own harshest critics. In these moments, it’s crucial to remember that we deserve to heal. We deserve spaces where we feel seen, heard, and deeply connected—safe spaces where we can care for the parts of ourselves that feel scared or hidden.

Healing begins with the understanding that our past does not have to define our future. We are not bound to repeat the painful patterns we’ve learned in our families or relationships. Instead, we can embrace hope and find new ways to grow and thrive. It would be an honor to work with you as you set and achieve meaningful goals for yourself and your relationships. Together, we can build a path toward healing and transformation.

“We are wounded in relationships, and we heal in relationships.” – Harville Hendrix
