How long does counseling take?
Some people feel better after just a few sessions, others need support through a period of adjustment. Just as each client’s problem is different, so will be their treatment. You will be involved in planning your treatment goals and we will discuss progress toward those goals throughout our work together.
How often will I meet with my counselor?
The time between sessions can vary depending on a number of factors, but once a week is most common.

Types of Payment Accepted?
WholeHeart Counseling accepts FSA, HSA, and all major credit and debit cards as forms of payment.
What’s the Reschedule/Cancellation Policy?
You may reschedule or cancel sessions through the client portal up to 24 hours prior to a scheduled session. Please be sure to cancel or reschedule your session at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment in order to avoid the missed or late cancelled session fee.
